Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
1. No Smoking Policy:
Our properties are strictly non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
2. Events and Gatherings:
We are unable to facilitate events, parties, gatherings or photo shoots at the property.
3. Weddings
Due to local government restrictions, we are unable to host weddings, receptions, engagement parties or elopements at the property.
Whilst we are unable to host functions of this nature, we can provide accommodation for the wedding party, family and friends.
4. Quiet Enjoyment:
To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbours, please refrain from playing loud music or engaging in boisterous behaviour that may disturb others. A curfew is enforced starting at 10 pm as agreed with and strictly enforced by our neighbours. In the event of a noise complaint, a first warning will be issued. A second complaint will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
5. Footwear:
Kindly avoid wearing high-heeled shoes inside our properties.
6. Pet Policy:
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets because the property is not fully fenced, and being situated on the dog beach, we've encountered issues in the past with dogs entering the premises.
7. Payment Terms:
Payment must be made by the due date specified. Failure to submit payment on time gives Bluewater the right to cancel the booking. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for more information.
8. Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in time is set at 2 pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. These times cannot be modified to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
9. Eco-Friendly Practices:
For the benefit of the environment and the comfort of our neighbours, guests are kindly requested to switch off lights and air conditioning units when they are not in use.
10. Credit Card Details:
You are required to provide credit card details at the time of booking. Your credit card will be charged on the payment due dates in accordance with our payment policy. In the event of property damage, equipment breakages, or the need for extra cleaning, your credit card will be charged accordingly.
11. Non-Processable Credit Card:
In the event that the provided credit card cannot be processed, Bluewater reserves the right to cancel the booking. You will be notified, and the booking will adhere to our cancellation policy, which may result in a partial or total loss of the booked value.
12. Identity Verification:
To ensure security, government-issued proof of identity for the primary guest (such as a driver's license or passport), as well as proof of the credit card in the guest's name at the time of booking, are required.
13. Tourist Tax
The rates advertised exclude any tourist tax which may be introduced by the Local or State government at some point in the future.
